Looking to relocate to Colorado? Stud Sawmill/Planer in central Colorado looking for experienced Planer Lumber grader. With 2 to 5 years' experience in working in a Sawmill/Planer that produces 100,000 mbf a shift. Ideal location with 5 star elk and deer hunting, and blue ribbon trout fishing on the upper Colorado River. Also, you would be within minutes of world class ski resorts.
Millwright will install, dismantle, repair and maintain machinery and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installing machines.
Repair damaged machines.
Lift machines and put them in designated places.
Align gears and attach motors.
Connect and repair belts.
Read blueprints.
Lubricate equipment.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Hands-on training, vocational trainings, or on-the-job training for at least 3 years.
Must undergo trainings and technological advances.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Good attendance record required.
Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Mechanical drawing skills.
Welding skills.
Trouble-shooting skills.
Compliance with general company attendance standard is required.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Work Conditions:
Frequently work near moving mechanical parts.
The physical effort applied in this job includes lifting, pulling, reaching, manipulating, and carrying.
Repetitive motion of hands, wrists and arms.
The work is often performed under mostly agreeable working conditions; exposure to dust, dirt, fumes, and sawdust may occur.
Schedule:
Must be available for either Day or Graveyard shift.
Overtime is required as needed.
