DESCRIPTION:
Position: Accounts Payable
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Type:Full Time
Pay: $15-17/Hour
Shift: Day
Job Requirements:
Utilize QuickBooks efficiently and effectively
Reconcile & verify data entry, comparing system reports to balances
Charge expenses, analyzing invoices & verifying expense reports
Pay employees by verifying and receiving expense reports for advances; preparing checks
Resolving orders and payment discrepancies
Reconcile monthly statements and all related transactions
Maintain account ledgers and historical records
Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function
Maintain company confidentiality
Job Duties:

Organized & thorough
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must have at least 1 year+ experience with QuickBooks
Knowledge of basic accounting terminology, principles, and compliances
Consent to a criminal background check
