A few of the responsibilities include:
Greeting Patients
Forming and maintaining a friendly and welcoming relationship with our patients is one of the most important aspects of this position.
Light daily cleaning to maintain a beautiful healing environment
Daily vacuuming, trash removal, and tidying up is expected before and/or after each shift
Answering phones and returning messages
Manage the Practice's Schedule
Maintaining an organized schedule is a key part of our Assistant's daily tasks, from making appointments for patients to checking when the doctor is available, to understanding the office flow to book certain types of appointments efficiently.
Processing Payments
The person in this position is responsible for keeping organized patient records including their payment schedule and billing standing.
Ordering Office Supplies
Part of the responsibility of maintaining the office involves checking that supplies are kept in stock as well as checking that the practice has a sufficient amount of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
Planning, Coordinating, and Executing Marketing Opportunities
The person in this position will attend events, screenings, and health talks in the community on behalf of the practice. This aspect of the job may require occasional weekend and evening hours.
Attending Networking Events
The person in this position will help spread the word about what we do and how we help people through networking events in the community.
Attending Weekly Team Meetings
So we can all stay on the same page and share our wins, areas for improvement, and goals.
Managing Social Media
Regularly curating content and posting to the company's Instagram, Google, and Facebook accounts.
Occasional Personal Errands for the Doctors
Willing to Assist in Other Business Ventures of the Doctors
Assisting Doctors with Chart Notes
Ability to Work with Multiple Doctors and Staff
Ability to be Cross-Trained in all Procedures of both the Front and Back Office

This is a personality-based position that we will train into other areas of need. The ideal candidate must be extremely outgoing, willing to take INITIATIVE to get things done, naturally friendly, and have a heart and passion for helping people! If you don't smile a lot naturally and don't consider yourself a warm and kind person, this is not the position for you. A professional demeanor is also a must.
We are a very busy office, so you need to feel comfortable standing all day and being active. This is NOT a sitting at a desk type of position. We cross-train our staff so you must be willing to jump in and help in other areas when needed. We value team players
