AREM Property Management is a well respected employer and business in the Durango community and we are looking to add to our team. We are looking for a well-rounded person to fill a full time position of 40 hours a week as needed. Regular hour of 8-4 with some weekend (Saturday) and evening meetings that will require participation.

Wage to be determined based on experience. Paid Bi Monthly.

One week of paid vacation after one year full year of service.

One day time parking space.

Paid holidays at base rate of pay (New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Paid only when during the work week. No other benefits at this time. Bonuses and additional compensation to be discussed and considered based on performance.

Duties at this time as follows:

Greet customers with a professional, friendly attitude.

Answer phone promptly, first priority unless a customer is in front of you. Transfer calls to other agents as needed.

Assist in Rental Duties: Collect rent, pay invoices, manage work orders, show vacant units.

Assist in HOA Management Duties: Prep for meetings, attend, take minutes and transcribe minutes, follow up with to do lists after meetings.

Learn QuickBooks and other accounting systems to assist with updates on new info and or members and respond to invoice balances due. Send welcome letters.

Organize and assist in file review and prompt /accurate responses to email systems.

Open mail and file as necessary.

Other duties as required to assist in a full service professional office.
