Job Skills:
- GREAT COMMUNICATION.
- Be an influencer by being a problem solver for your team and owners.
- Be hyper organized, follow current best practices.
- Ensure staffing, training, and succession for Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Maintenance.
- Ensure all projects are completed to 5 Star Satisfaction.
- Follow, and continuously enhance property maintenance procedures that deliver well maintained and very reliable homes.
- Walk through homes periodically to monitor and make upgrade suggestions so the home continues to "Wow" guests when the enter for the first time.
- Enhance relationships with owners by being transparent, reliable, and knowledgeable.
- Accountable! Each month help in the preparation of an Owners Statement. Be prepared to discuss every line on the statement.
- Guest and Reservation Management. A great experience starts before a home is booked, and continues through our long-term relationship when guests return.
Tool Skills:
We use industry leading Booking, Reservation Management, and Communication Tools. A thorough knowledge of our entire process and all the tools will enable you to help your team and owners to be successful.
- Our website is the "Source of Truth" for all Homes.
- We partner with all the Short Term Rental Channels, ie AirBNB, VRBO, Expedia, FlipKey, etc Understand each channel, how they work, and the way to utilize them properly for each owner.
- Ability to use Chat, Email, Text and understand when to apply each for each situation.
- Familiar and used some type of Case / Desk system.
- Familiar and used some type of Project Management system.
- Familiar and used tome type of CRM system.
- Able to multi-task.

- Property Management Experience.

- Colorado Drivers License.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Permanent Place to live within 30 miles of Fruita, Colorado.
- Non Smoking.
- Proof of Vaccination, or on your way to completing.
