Experienced Resident Manager or team needed for 2 buildings totaling 58 units in beautiful Durango, Colorado.
The position will be responsible for tenant relations, leasing of units, rent collection, basic maintenance and custodial duties. Job requirements include, but are not limited to showing vacant units, maintaining common areas, scheduling and overseeing contractors, and accurate completion of paperwork. Must be highly organized, have a flexible schedule, excellent people skills, and be detail oriented. Previous resident manager experience and basic maintenance experience is preferred.
