Durango Organics-Crested Butte is looking for either part time or full time help (full time preferred). The position available is budtender. The title involves customer service, inventory, stocking, cleaning, cashiering, and joint rolling when possible. Qualifications to be met are being over 21 years of age, getting a badge to work in the industry from the Marijuana Enforcement Division (closest office to Crested Butte is Grand Junction). For questions on whether you qualify to get a badge please call a MED office. Resumes may be dropped off at the shop (we are open 7 days/week from 9am-8pm). We cannot hire anyone until they have their badge in hand. If you have set up an appointment to show that you are in the process of acquiring your badge, then that is very helpful. We can be flexible with hours and shifts. After 6 months employees are up for review for a raise.
