Hiring for a maintenance/construction job at a large apartment complex in Durango. We are doing major remodels the next 12 months, so will need knowledge of construction, plumbing, remodel work, electrical, sheet rock, etc. Starting pay is $18/hr, with opportunity for increases based on skill and job management. Full time, 40 hrs/week. Must have your own truck and tools.
