PSV Technician is responsible for installing, testing and repairing liquid and gas valves.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
- Test and repair PRV's including but not limited to Mercer, Taylor, Consolidated, Farris, A.G. CO./Crosby and Lesser Valves.
- Repair Weight Indicators, Tong Torque Assy., Pressure Gauges
- Ability to grease and repair Gate, Ball, Choke Valves and Actuators
- Computer reports daily
- Safety oriented
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment, random, post-accident and for-cause drug testing, as well as any other drug testing required by our clients and statutory regulations.
- Must pass an MVR and background check.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Possess high degree of initiative, creativity, communication skills, self-supervision, and respect for safety requirements
-Must be a team player & work closely with maintenance, production, engineering, and outside services.
-Must be able to climb ladders; drive a forklift; and understand mechanics of job.
