Commercial general contractor seeking experienced Field Superintendents for immediate hire and placement. Minimum 5 years experience as lead project superintendent in commercial construction, projects range from k-12, higher education, retail/ office, medical, ground up and tenant finish. Responsibilities include project safety, coordination and scheduling of on site resources and subcontractors, material ordering and lead time management, CPM schedule updates and compliance, quality control and design compliance, project record keeping and logs, submittal and RFI processes, manage project on site operations from start to completion, budget and scheduling control. Ability to read and decipher design documents required, survey and site layout skills a priority, self-motivated to ensure the projects are completed with the required parameters. Project locations around Western Colorado.
