Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for source selection and procurement functions directly associated with the Company's needs for select PARTS, MATERIALS, & SERVICE,S taking in to account on-time delivery, total cost, and quality
Establish, build, and maintain supplier relationships
Prepares, issues, and expedites purchase orders to ensure on time delivery
Hold suppliers accountable for price, delivery and quality
Actively seek opportunities for cost reduction
Timely ordering, receiving, and facilitating payment of invoices
Effectively communicate and collaborate with all company departments and suppliers
Manage Purchase Orders from multiple departments to meet business requirements
Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts
Promote a safety oriented culture
Ensure company procurement policies are followed
Required Skills:
A minimum of 2 years purchasing experience desired
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong focus on customer service
