Job ID: 21-06537Job Title: Form Designer (EHR System Upgrade)Location: Wheatridge, CO- 100% RemoteType: Contract Overview:Work with department management and other team members in designing the forms for the myAvatar NX upgrade of their Electronic Health Record (EHR).Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and test forms using form designer in myAvatar NX
  • Determine solutions for any issues preventing the proper functioning of forms
  • Ensure forms are completed in a timely manner and meet the required specifications
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards in testing and documentation
  • Keep management and team updated on status of tasks assigned
Other Duties:
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management
  • Maintain a good attendance record
  • Actively participate in team meetings, work groups, etc.
  • Work on special projects as directed by department management
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree or higher in business, computer science, software engineering, data sciences, or related discipline with two years or more of relevant work experience.
  • Technical work experience may be considered equivalent to a technical degree.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong aptitude for technology and attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and work well with others
  • Demonstrated competency with EHR functionality
  • Experience enhancing HIPAA-compliant EHR Systems
  • Working knowledge of myAvatar EHR system a plus
This position is currently 100% remote and may become a hybrid position. This is subject to change due to COVID-19 and/or other relevant circumstances.
