Desktop Support Technician

As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide desktop hardware and software troubleshooting for the user community. This will require you to travel throughout the Woodland Park area.

This is a full time opportunity requiring you to be on-site in Woodland Park, CO.

Qualifications
  • Performs troubleshooting for hardware, software and system problems.
  • Responds to incidents, performs diagnosis, executes incident resolution for those requiring medium to high complexity.
  • Utilizes previous experience to reach resolution and will contribute to knowledge
  • Interacts with the customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assists in the maintenance of and enters appropriate data into the device asset management system and the knowledge management systems to capture knowledge and work processes.
  • Responds to assigned issues and troubleshoots problems with desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and peripherals, including deployment of new devices.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range: Desktop Support Technician: $40,000-60,000
