Our leading client in Bloomfield is seeking a dedicated Data Product Owner to join their team.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Responsibilities of the Data Product Owner:- Work with Product Managers to translate work requirements and priorities into features
- Execute assigned features and associated products/deliverables
- Own assigned features and lead the creation and prioritization of team backlog
- Work with Scrum Masters and team regularly to ensure features are fully executed within program increment
- Lead prioritization of work for delivery team based on business value and engagement with stakeholders
- Responsible for user story management, including accurate story descriptions and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate and guide the development of metrics, structure of studies, benchmark initiatives, and data collection methodologies in support of business requirements
- Actively participate in program increment planning, roadmap activities, and program prioritization and sequencing activities
- Coordinate with Data Stewards and Data Quality Analysts on adherence with data standards and quality metrics
- Escalate risks to Product Managers
