New Quality Assurance Lead (Manual Testing) full-time employee position!The salary is to 140k. Set overall QA direction in a Manual Testing environment. Establish and implement best practices for QA processes in a Product based environment. Proven ability to deliver high quality products, on time and on budget in fast-paced environment. Experience working on an enterprise wide multi-tier application. Work with onshore and offshore teams. Design and develop overall Test Strategy and Plans. Establish QA plans, and ensuring the quality of the output of the team. Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile) and software QA processes. Scrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus.
