  • Possesses and applies extensive technical Kenexa BrassRing expertise
  • Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures
  • Works on highly complex tasks where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Configure our ATS to achieve best candidate experience, actively uptake Kenexas new features to enable high touch experience for end users
  • Serve as an advisor to solve design challenges by identifying effective workarounds for best end user and candidate experience
  • Can translate business requirements into technical solutions as well as generating business case
  • Can understand Recruiter needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions
