Senior Software Developer- Long Term Contract (Bristol, CT)We are looking for someone who has grown up through the web software development ranks - possessing 4+ years' experience in designing and architecting highly scalable and performant web applications.Assignment Description:1. Develops interface recommendations for web sites and web applications.2. Assists in the development, documentation, and quality assurance for web solutions.3. Assists in defining site functionality, technical architecture, and interacts with Business Analysts, UX, QA, and internal/external team leads.4. Participates in code reviews and all SCRUM ceremonies.Basic Qualifications:1. Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a software developer using .NET, C# and ASP.NET.2. Expert in industry standard methodologies for Web development.3. Expert in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).4. Expert at Object Oriented Analysis (OOA), Object Oriented Design (OOD), Object Oriented Programming (OOP), workflow, transaction lifecycles, component models, and software design patterns.5. In depth experience in Object Oriented Programming with C#.6. Experience with JQuery, JSON, JavaScript, React.js and HTML5.7. In-depth experience in the layout and architecture planning for integrating multiple platforms.8. In depth experience with iterative solution development (working within a Scrum team environment).9. Experience with integration of multiple concurrent projects.10. Proven ability to anticipate and avoid most common problems; proven ability to solve problems quickly and independently when they arise.11. Has extensive knowledge of architecting component-based applications.12. Must have demonstrated experience working in a team environment.13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.14. Must have proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:15. Experience with Ad Sales media software.16. Experience in the Ad Sales media business, especially television and digital.
