BCForward is currently seeking highly motivated Accounts Receivable Analyst for a Remote opportunity.

Laptop and external monitor required.

Hours Preferred - Mon-Fri 40 hours, core business hours EST.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable and Deductions work streams.

Accounts Receivable:

Ensure daily cash receipts have been posted accurately

Investigate and resolve customer queries

Perform customer account reconciliations

Assist with month-end closing

Dispute Management:

Request support documentation on deductions from customers or brokers as needed

Research and identify the reason for deductions

Update deduction reason codes, status, and comments as they change

Dispute unauthorized deductions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

3+ years accounts receivable experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, organized, and an excellent team player.

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, strong general computer skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

SAP experience a plus

Food, Drug and Mass Customer experience a plus
