Summary: The HelpDesk Analyst job duties include, but are not limited to, remotely assisting customers in trouble-shooting and resolving computer-related and network connectivity issues over the phone and various projects as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Functions:Serve as remote-tier 1-2 supportAnswer HelpDesk calls and create and manage tickets Monitor ticket queue in PSAAssist with initial triage of level 1-2 issuesEscalate customer requests when appropriateAdditional follow-up on aged ticketsDocument Updates within the knowledgebase Basic onboarding/separation processing for clientsInformation gathering or entry (collection and entry into ticketing or knowledgebase)Daily correspondence and e-mail communication with clients, answering customer questions in writing, on the phone, and in personAssist with systems and network support as needed.Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired but not required

Relevant Work Experience: Intermediate PC skills including email, routine database activity, Problem solver, ability to integrate organizational systems and optimize workflowWork independently with strong and proactive follow-throughProven ability to handle confidential informationExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills both in person and over emailExcellent organization discipline and diligent attention to detail mandatoryAbility to multi-task and prioritize daily workload, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects at onceProcess oriented —someone who has an eye for efficiency and streamlining processesExcellent time management skills, punctual.Exceptional work ethic and dedication to high-quality resultsStrategic thinker who can research and compare appropriate options and present and recommend the best solutions based on given and/or common-sense criteriaAbility to prioritize, schedule, and remain professional under pressure and with limited supervision is required to succeed
