Solidus is searching for a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer.

Successful candidate will provide expertise in high reliability, military, and space level EEE components.

Requirements - ship and the ability to obtain DOD Secret Clearance; Active Secret preferred - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Minimum 10 years' relevant experience

Required Experience - EEEE device types, construction, operation, and failure analysis - Documenting component requirements - Radiation survivability (TID, DDD, SEE) - Government/industry standards (MIL-STD-1547, NASA INST-002, - DLA) - Project leadership, presentation, and decision-making skills

Additionally Desired - Master's Degree

Responsibilities - Plan, define and implement component engineering requirements - Execute process required to follow EEEE components - Implement Component/Reliability Requirements - Support radiation transport/characterization analysis and implement radiation test plans - Perform engineering reviews for compliance with requirements - Create presentations and participate in internal/external customer meetings
