Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.F135 Fleet Management leads execution of Performance Based Logistics (PBL), ensuring availability and readiness of the Propulsion System for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.As a Product Support Integrator, you will be responsible for implementing Fleet Readiness Excellence to sustain the world’s most advanced fighter engine with around-the-clock support and integration across all disciplines of the logistics value stream.Key Responsibilities:Implement Military Engines Fleet Readiness Excellence procedure to: (1) Collect and Trend Fleet Data; (2) Analyze the Data and Forecast Demand; (3) Develop the Readiness Plan; (4) Communicate and Confirm the Plan; and (5) Execute the Plan.

Program Manage cross functional aftermarket and sustainment services inclusive of: Material/Supply Management; Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul; Technical Support; and related Integrated Logistics Support Elements.

Lead Strategic, Operational and Transactional execution of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) to achieve metrics for availability, readiness, reliability, maintainability, safety and other set forth in contract or system specifications.

Communicate and resolve fleet issues utilizing Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Integrated Program/Sustainment Management Team (IPMT/ISMT) quorums.

Core processes and activities:Review key performance indicators – Non-Mission-Capable (NMC) down-time, Gross Issue Effectiveness (GIE), Reliability, etc. – to identify availability and readiness top degraders.

Coordinate with the Engineering and the Logistics disciplines of the Supportability IPT (SuIPT) and the Customer Service IPT (CSIPT) to develop root cause corrective action.

Project manage routine, emerging issue, and critical safety campaign implementation for Engineering Changes (ECs), Major Variance Requests (MVRs), Stop Delivery Orders (SDOs), Quality Notifications (QNs), and Time Compliant Technical Directives (TCTDs)

Execute Product Support Analysis and Health Reporting, Enact the Agile Operating System, and Engage cross-functionally to sustain F135 Fleet Readiness above 94%

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Operations, or Logistics/Supply Chain discipline preferred

A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain and/or Fleet Management required.

U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD clearance

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Enterprise or Material Resource Planning (ERP/MRP)

Experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA) or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

Experience with DOD Contracting, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Budgeting
