RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager - Service Excellence in East Hartford, CT.
Responsibilities: Work with business and technical leaders to drive Service Excellence workstream Incident and change management Establish effective controls and drive mitigation actions Drive progress, identify obstacles and provide solutions, while maintaining appropriate level of communication with internal business partners and stakeholders Track key project metrics, issues, risks, and changes Implementation of service delivery process and toolsREQUIREMENTS: 8+ years IT project management experience Deep experience & understanding of ServiceNow Background in service management Strong change management & leadership abilities Ability to identify gaps in processes or reporting that need to be addressed Ability to manage large scale process improvement initiatives with minimal supervisionKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
