Our client in Enfield, CT has a Direct Hire, non contract, opening for a PC Support Analyst. Responsibilities: Provide user level support & maintenance for the following systems and environments: PC hardware, Avaya phones, VPN software & tokens, Skype, Windows, CRM, MS Office, Calibration software, On-line meetings, Java, SAP, Infor LN, Mobile phones, Antivirus & Antispyware, Printer / Copier / Scanner, Web browsers, System Configuration Management client, File sharing, and PC networking Provide Platform administration. Identify and resolve issues independently with sound technical judgment. Create PC images and perform data migrations. Will work from Ticketing System, CA Unicenter. Provide deskside, phone, and email support. Utilize Active Directory. Create CRM passwords. Perform User on-roll & off-roll. Asset deployment & tracking Other: Routine tasks and team projects should be performed at a high and consistent level. Must have working and functional knowledge of all Global IT and other related policies, procures and standards. Responsibilities also will include investigation of said items on regular basis as to keep up to date. Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Experience with MS Windows 7, MS Windows 10, MS Office 2016 , JunOS Pulse, iPhone, Airwatch, Landesk, Active Directory, Symantec Antivirus, Java, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, SAP GUI, Team Drive, Avaya, Lotus Notes, Calistar, CA Unicenter, basic TCP/IP trouble shooting, Dell laptops, Dell desktops, HP printers ,Cannon Printer, Vasco tokens, Skype, Webex, and MS Teams.
