Our Team is made up of enthusiastic technology practitioners and dedicated recruiters that work in tandem with a sales force well connected and highly respected at our clients.This is a multi-faceted role that includes both business development (acquiring new clients) and account management (growth within clients).Responsibilities IncludeAccount ManagementAs the single point of contact for the client, this role will be responsible for ensuring a successful business relationship with the assigned account.Account Managers are expected to:

  • Collaborate with clients to determine their service requirements
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with their account contacts.
  • Develop project plans to meet client s goals and objectives
  • Build a detailed account plan that will focus on growing the account via specific task related activities.
  • Improve our agency s reputation by being open to accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to services provided.
  • Become familiar with the clients business activities including following their business news and investor relations.
  • Work with sales leadership to maintain and further grow existing client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction
New Business DevelopmentThe ideal candidate can show understanding of the targeted territory including large/mid/small businesses that make up the territory.Demonstrate the ability to develop a targeted business plan and sales strategy to approach the territory. Ensure a continued flow of new clients; as well as prepare & execute an action plan for effective sales leads and prospects.General Day to Day
  • Responsible for the acquiring and qualification of job specs from new and existing clients
  • Responsible for negotiation of bill rates that adhere to targeted gross margin levels
  • Responsible for candidate interview preparation and client debrief
  • Will produce required weekly planning and monthly summary documents
  • Will continue to build their knowledge to IT trends and technologies by attending industry events, seminars and webinars
