Account Manager / Business Development Since 1995, iTech Solutions Inc., has been providing IT Services to the Insurance, Financial, Healthcare, Communications, Manufacturing and Government sectors. Today, we aid our clients with process, resources and security know how through our practice areas in Agile Enablement and Information Security and our award-winning Staff Augmentation capabilities.We currently seek a Sales Professional to help us continue to grow our footprint within a Key Large Account and expansion our presence in your market area. Time will be allocated approximately 80/20:Key Account/New Business. Responsibilities:

  • Develops an account plan and action items to grow a key account
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in either Large Account Management in the IT staffing or solutions Industry and/or an IT delivery leadership background.
  • A demonstrated understanding of the local market.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to write proposals and response to RFPs
  • Strong Sales / Negotiation skills.
  • Prior selling of Agile or Information Security or Infrastructure Services a plus.
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis a plus.
