- 10+ years of Experience in Development and Production Support of .NET Web Applications, tech stack including ASP.NET, C#, Angular, Web Services and APIs in .Net, SQL Server
- Minimum 3+ years Application Support and Maintenance Experience recently
- Level 2 Production Support Experience in handling Production Incidents, Service Requests
- Single Point of Contact as L1.5/L2 Onsite Lead for .NET Web Application, Manage Support Coverage, Review Incidents/Service Requests Resolutions by Nearshore and Offshore team as required
- Experience in Measuring, Tracking and Reporting Performance Metrics, SLAs and KPIs
- Experience in Production Issues Root Cause Analysis and Performing Preventive Actions
- Proficiency in understanding the Application Architecture
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide creative solutions, leveraging latest technologies wherever is possible
- Strong customer communication, especially while in handling production issues and engage required stakeholders for resolution
