We are currently searching for a qualified HelpDesk Tier 3 Support to join our client on-site in Greenwich, CT for a 6-month temp to hire position.Our ideal IT Support Technician will have experience in supporting C-Level executives. They will be providing technical support for a firm with 350 employees. Responsibilities: Responding to a High Demand, High Touch Environment with a focus on providing C-Level Executive Support, and as needed support for all employees. Providing 24/7Support Help Desk Support Customer Service After hours Support Multi-site Operations Responding to Helpdesk Tickets and SLAs On-site IT support services related to computer systems, software, hardware, and mobile device. Follow rigorous C-Level Executive Support Protocol, ensuring all services are on-line and monitored. Resolve day-to-day software & hardware issues related to Mobile phones (iPhone and Android) & desktops / laptops.Requirements: minimum of 3 years' experience required in IT Helpdesk Support Willingness to work with systems in a fast-paced industry and be on call 24/7 A + certification required. Provide excellent customer service with a smile MDM O365 (1 year required) Windows Operating System (8.1, 10) Base Understanding of Azure AD, Domains, and Networks Enterprise VoIP systems HelpDesk ticket systems Customer Service Oriented Excellent problem-solving skills Strong Understanding of iOS Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required. W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
