- At least 5 years of hands on experience with VBLock HyperConverged and Converged Infrastructure
- At least 5 years handon experience with VSlice, VxRail, VxRack SDDC Infrastructure
- At least 5 years of hands on integration with ESXi VMWare integration

- Provide support to TCSL SRE Team on HCI/CI related incident, service request, problem and change management requiring deep technical HCI/CI support.
- Advance troubeshooting for Incidents which are not resolved by L2 team
- Responsible for administration and management of Capacity, utilization and performance of the vBlock , VxRail environement.
- Customer interaction, troubleshooting issues and resolving the Incidents in the ITSM
- Build VM per CPU/RAM/Storage requirements
- Perform non-disruptive cross-vCenter migrations
- Manage integrated code upgrades across all hw/sw components.
- Measure and track compute/storage capacity, performance, and HA metrics
- Configure and manage VMWare SRM protection groups, and underlying replication via Dell SRDF/A and VMware Replication
- Configure and manage RecoverPoint groups in support of DR
- Configure alerting through vROPs or other tools
- Troubleshoot node failures and investigate impact to VM’s
- Continuous performance and capacity management
- Manage integrated code upgrades across all hw/sw components
- Measure and track compute/storage capacity, performance, and HA metrics. This included EBS storage and any external Outpost storage.
