Information Management Specialist 22066-1 Remote CT 18 months Information Management role identifies, acquires, analyzes, summarizes and annotates business data, and/or information to support innovation and decision-making within business processes. Major Role Responsibilities: Identifies tools, products, information, approaches and strategies for GMP training processes; Integrates data and information from disparate sources, incorporating into databases or information products and compiling reports and/or appropriate outputs for project teams; Interacts with colleagues, business, and project staff to facilitate data transfer, access, and effective use of processes within the organization to support maximum use and value of information and data; Provides information support and consultancy for decision making within the business units primarily around training needs and programs; Ensures a consistent approach for the education and training in the use of knowledge, information, and/or data resources and services to support effective decision making; and Formulates complex information queries and analyzes results in appropriate visualization tools. Evaluates and selects information resources. Is the primary point of contact for training queries from customers and works with training team to ensure questions are answered and training processes/requirements are handled in an appropriate manner and within a SLA.
