We are a large wholesale distributor of pool supplies with locations in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales Associate to join our team in our Bloomfield, CT branch location.
The Customer Service Rep will primarily be responsible for ordering Liners and Covers . He/she will also answer customer calls; customer quotes; maintain customer order tracking and ensure all relationships with existing customers. This individual will be highly organized with above average attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have computer knowledge including solid experience with Excel, strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to handle more than one task at a time. Experience in distribution, customer service and/or the pool industry is desirable.
