Busy moving and storage company looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, provide administrative support, and respond to customer inquiries. Assist with basic office tasks (filing, data entry, emails). Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
