Position Overview: O2A™ team members join the GalaxE team as full-time employees and undergo rigorous technical and soft-skills training, as well as mentorship led by GalaxE’s subject matter experts. Team members are assigned to a GalaxE Project Delivery Team where they will receive on-goingsupport while advancing their careers by engaging in real-world projects for today’s industry leaders.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide accurate, relevant, and effective training to trainees from IT / Non-IT backgrounds
  • Develop the needed content and leverage existing content
  • Facilitate initial and ongoing training for all trainees
  • Explore and utilize existing & relevant third party resources to aid in training and development
  • Cross-train other IT team members on other roles within IT as necessary
  • Act as a mentor to IT team members, providing 1-on-1 shadow/coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with fellow trainers within IT and other areas to help our teams fulfill their training needs
Skills and Experience You Will NeedRequirements:
  • Experience working with trainees from non-IT backgrounds
  • Experience working with trainees from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience presenting and preparing training/educational materials
  • Outstanding communication and team-building skills
