Job Description:

- ITIL certified and well versed with ITSM process implementation

- Hands-on Experience of ServiceNow implementation from scratch

- well versed with ServiceNow scripting

- Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)

- Experience in other modules viz. H/W and S/W Asset mgmt, PPM, APM, GRC, Release Mgmt

- Hands on experience in AngularJS / bootstrap / ServicePortal

- Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP/REST, email, MID, etc…) e.g. SCCM, SCOM, Solarwinds

- Good Communication skills

- well versed with onshore-offshore model
