Contract to Hire Opportunity The Desktop Support Tech must be able to diagnose / repair all types of Lenovo PCs. In addition, they will need to perform warranty repairs, memory upgrades, and similar. Overview:
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
- Customize communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
- Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
- Prepare reports for analysis
- 2+ years of related experience, or AA degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lenovo certification required
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
- Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
