Duration: 6 months Contract to hireThis role will start onsite in Hartford for training and move to hybrid once training is complete

Description:Analyzes and troubleshoots computer support problems and applies to understanding of computer software and hardware products and services to resolve problems of users. Receives telephone calls and e-mails from users having problems using computer software and hardware or inquiring how to use specific software, programming languages, electronic mail, or operating systems. Ascertains from computer user the nature of problem, determines whether problem is caused by hardware such as modem, printer, cables, or telephone, formulates diagnosis, and assists users through problem solving steps. Talks with co-workers to research problem and find solution. Experience with Corporate ticketing systems (ServiceNow) and knowledgebase tools to document and resolve customer issues. Experience with troubleshooting remote connectivity (working from home) issues and Cisco VPN software. Experience with iPhones and Smartphones, installing and configuring applications and settings.Experience: Good foundation of education or experience and at least 1 year on job experience.
