Responsibilities- Point of contact for the business and vendors for core business applications
- Prioritize requirements and applications changes with vendors and ensure quality of delivery
- Responsible for the technical direction of the applications
- Gather technical requirements for the applications
- 7+ years’ experience supporting business applications
- Functional and technical knowledge of applications
- Vendor management experience, with negotiations and dealing with contractual and service issues
- Experience with onshore and offshore models
