Position Overview: O2A™ team members join the GalaxE team as full-time employees and undergo rigorous technical and soft-skills training, as well as mentorship led by GalaxE’s subject matter experts. Team members are assigned to a GalaxE Project Delivery Team where they will receive on-goingsupport while advancing their careers by engaging in real-world projects for today’s industry leaders.

What You Will Do: As a Trainee in GalaxE’s O2A™ Call Center, you will be trained to provide technical help for users of an organization. You will learn to respond to inquiries, evaluate and resolve issues relating to IT equipment and applications. You will also learn how to provide technical care for any aspect of the information systems unit, including system hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks. Generally, they should be troubleshooting bent of mind and with proper communication to the stakeholders. Once training is complete, you will transition to GalaxE’s Call Center team and bring value to our customers. Skills and Experience You Will NeedGalaxE is seeking team members with the attitude, aptitude, and drive to be successful in a career in technology. No college degree or work experience is required but candidates will be expected to have the following: Technical Skills:
  • Experience resolving technical problems
  • Understanding of PC’s, Software, Networking fundamentals
  • AMAZING communication and customer service skills
