Job Description Summary The primary responsibility of the Director, Strategic Initiatives is to provide consulting and analytic support to the Technology & Operations leadership team in the development, planning and execution of major projects and initiatives to enable achievement of the business plan. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform research and current state analysis: define challenges and pain points.
  • Perform highly complex strategic analysis, business analysis and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Transforms business strategy into tactical plans for execution.
  • Supports Tech & Ops-wide planning and execution.
  • Provides facts and analysis to assist the leadership team in solving complex problems.
  • Builds storylines and presentations to communicate current & future state, gap analysis and recommendations.
  • Routinely facilitates business meetings with the leadership team, assists in preparing agendas and content for meetings.
  • Routinely brings together key resources from Tech & Ops to resolve key issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree.
  • 7 years business experience.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
  • MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong technical and financial acumen.
  • Self motivated, self starter who has the ability to initiate and facilitate projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills that allow the individual to handle multiple tasks while being extremely detailed oriented.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas, problems, and issues to various audiences, including senior leadership
  • Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.
