Job DescriptionAs a Lead Director, Distribution Channel Management you will be responsible for oversight and management of our firm relationships, the largest distribution channel for Commercial and Specialty Markets. Through a team of firm relationship managers this role is responsible for fostering strong data driven business relationships with our firms through our defined producer management and producer experience model. This includes the development and implementation and execution of actionable holistic producer strategies at a firm level and supporting the market and segment development of strategies to drive growth and retention. In this role, you will have a chance to be part of a fast paced, collaborative team that provides support and analyses for 10,000 producers who bring in 15 million commercial members to Aetna, along with having the opportunity to be a part of the strategy development to drive results for the Enterprise. Additional responsibilities of the Lead Director, Distribution Channel Management include:- Manage a Team of Firm Relationship Managers- Consistently execute against Producer/Consultant Operating Model- Lead strategy development for Producer/Consultants across all tiers - Interface with Segment Leaders and Business Leaders on the Firms- Oversee key industry events and sponsorships including; Employee Leadership Forum, Local and National Advisory Councils, etc. - Provide contents and consult on Producer and Communication mediums - Responsible for Achievement of Private Exchange operating model and outcomes as well as the achievement of annual metrics/outcomes for defined firmsRequired Qualifications7 years or more of leadership experience
