The Sourcing Delivery Manager for the Technology & Outsourcing Category is an important role within client's Global Procurement Team responsible for supporting the end-to-end contracting activities in accordance with category strategies set by the Category Manager for Technology & Outsourcing.

Reporting to the AVP, Category Management, the Manager,

Sourcing Delivery is accountable for executing medium to high complexity procurement activities including contracts and related activities (i.e., approvals and savings submissions, etc.), for Technology & Outsourcing.This role will work closely with the Technology & Outsourcing Category Managers in addition to Information Technology, Business and Stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of assigned sourcing and contracting initiatives that support Technology & Outsourcing business goals.

This position is based in our Hartford, CT office; other locations may also be considered.Responsibilities:

• Support Category Management team in

drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a variety of technology related commercial contracts including consulting and services agreements and related statements of work and order forms, software license and SaaS services agreements, amendments, and other commercial agreements, all with support of counsel as needed.• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Category Management team, IT, Legal, Risk, etc.) and other colleagues to solve problems, build partnerships, and close deals quickly.• Review, interpret, draft, and negotiate contractual language for the agreements listed above, incorporating legal and business concepts and ensure compliance with the client's contracting policies and standards.• Assist with contract administration activities, including but not limited to uploading contracts into contract management system and update, maintain and ensure the accuracy of contract management system.• Manage and monitor contract lifecycle from end to end.• Conduct meetings with internal partners to understand business priorities, provide updates on agreement status, and respond to complex questions on specific agreements and contractual terms.• Facilitate assigned RFx including working with customers to identify requirements, facilitate sourcing events and managing vendor selection process. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts including vendor services, consulting, master services agreements, licensing, technology, marketing agreements, partnership agreements, RFIs, statement of work, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements.• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Category Management team, IT, Legal, Finance, Risk, etc. on contract negotiations and commercial tenders (RFP’s)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior interpersonal skills and attention to detail• The ability to meet deliverables on time and work in an evolving and growing environment that is prone to changes.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude• Experience owning projects from concept to finish• Intellectual curiosity and flexibility• Team-oriented and collaborative
