Location: Hartford, CT

Job Description:The OnBase architect should be a senior resource that has specific skills associated with implementing OnBase at the enterprise level. The architect must be able to make and design a multi-tenant environment to share a common code base across multiple client implementations.

FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Work with stakeholders (leadership and subject matter experts) to build a holistic view of the solution strategy.• Ensure that the enterprise and the architecture are in alignment.• Link business mission, strategy, and processes of the organization to its IT strategy.• Provide documentation using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.• Host artifacts in an architecture repository.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE• Ability to understand the overarching connections among requirements, business processes, activities, system functions, and interfaces with partner systems.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work well with others and function in a high-performance team environment• Experience creating data models (conceptual, logical, and physical data models) and/or data modeling tools

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREDBachelors degree from an accredited college/university preferred or equivalent work experience within the Insurance/financial industry.• At least 12+ years of experience with medium to large sized projects.• Completing client consulting engagements.• Leading software design efforts.• Leading incident resolution.• Leading process enhancement efforts.• Creating and presenting training programs.• Training and mentoring lesser experienced team members.
