We are looking for
Scrum Master for our client in Hartford, CT Job Title: Scrum Master Job Location: Hartford, CT Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Minimum experience of 9-10 years.
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- At Least 4 to 5 years of experience in handling data warehouse agile projects.
- Excellent understanding of SaFE Agile principles and good knowledge of other agile frameworks as well.
- Conduct PI planning sessions with all stakeholders and track progress of multiple scrum teams.
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Expertise in agile estimation practices and in planning.
- Work with product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills.
- Experience in using tools like JIRA, RTC.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience in Healthcare domain.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
