Job DescriptionThe SOC Reporting Senior Manager will work with the SOC Reporting Lead Director, Manager, Senior Analyst and Analyst to lead the SOC 1 Reporting team. The System and Organization Controls (SOC 1) Reporting team is responsible for managing the overall issuance of multiple CVS SOC 1 reports in accordance with SSAE 18 guidance. The group performs oversight and coordination functions, including the facilitation of business process and control documentation, assistance in the identification and clarification of internal controls and coordination with the external auditors on testing and evaluation of key controls defined in the SOC 1 reports. The SOC Reporting team is a part of the SOX and Controls Assurance group which is responsible for the oversight and management of CVS’s Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance program. The SOC Reporting Senior Manager will be responsible for performing SOC activities in conjunction with the preparation of SOC reports covering multiple business areas and systems throughout CVS Health. The SOC Reporting Senior Manager is responsible for the policies & procedures, work instructions, daily operations, oversight and management of the SOC Reporting team. This position is responsible for both ongoing support of SOC Reporting commitments, as well as developing and forecasting future changes that will support the team, management, and/or our external auditors.You will be responsible for communicating audit status, findings, and project metrics to key partners. In addition, this role has direct responsibility for the mentoring and development of the SOC Reporting team.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications7 or more years of audit experience - 7 or more years managing and supervising both internal staff and external audit partners
