Individual Contributor Role. Remote Opportunity. Team : You will be an integral part of delivering on our overall mission with both foundational IT knowledge and Operations knowledge combined with new digital technologies to identify and leverage processes and tools that will deliver value to our customers. Key Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate, and execute program management process activities. Partner with Program Manager and Product Owner to drive the requirements elaboration, design, development process and testing of application software, and tools (APIs and integrations), to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems. Where tasks are performed by a third party, work with Product Manager and Product Owner to engage third party and ensure deliverables are met.
Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).
Prepare and maintain materials/reports using supporting tools for the program (s) (e.g., JIRA, ADO, ServiceNow).
Drive collaboration, identify business and process opportunities for assigned program(s) to meet organizational goals.
Develop relationships with key internal and external process customers/stakeholders. Partner with customers/stakeholders to clearly identify business needs and help develop comprehensive and sustainable solutions through continuous exploration and CORE methods.
Routinely perform as a cross-functional team member and leader.
Required Qualifications :
Typically a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the digital arena and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and minimum 7+ years related work experience.
Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a willingness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives.
Demonstrated experience in analytical problem solving, collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills. P ossess a continuous improvement mindset.
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Action oriented and results driven with an ability to drive new and innovative solutions in alignment to the organizations / functions strategy.
Ability to communicate with key business partners clearly and succinctly is critical, including senior executives.
Project management knowledge and experience leading medium to large scale projects.
Experience in digital operational processes (e.g. Safe Agile, Check Point) and collaborative development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ADO, ServiceNow).
Technical expertise in SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, Qlik, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft tools.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Desired Qualifications :
Experience with the RTX CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) Operating System / continuous improvement methodology, CORE Methods and Tools, and our enterprise CORE application solutions (COSMIC, Process Analysis – Turnback Manager).
Advanced Degree, PMI PMP Certification, SAFe Agile Certification(s)
Required Education :
Typically, a bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
