Prepping food (produce/meat), preparing Jamaican cuisine, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment. Preparing meals for customers on the front end. Opening shifts and closing shifts with rotating weekends. Excellent customer service is a very important component of this position. A positive attitude and excellent work ethic is required. These are the general criteria for the position.
