The TimeOut Sports and Pizza Bar is looking for an experienced dynamic PM Line Cook to add to our award winning team. It will be 40 hours per week working 3 pm-11 pm. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday.
Job description:
Must have experience on the grill. Must know all grilling temperatures.
Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
Ensure knowledge of menu and all food items
Stock and maintain designated food stations.
Practice correct food handling and food storage according to federal, state and local regulations.
Ability to work in a face paced environment with ensuring quality of food items.
Must be available holidays and weekends.
