As a Server/Bartender, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and thrill our guests during their dining/bar experience at Lucky Lou's.
Major Responsibilities:
Suggest and present the guest with specials for the night, beer list etc.
Attend to all guest needs at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure all of the guests needs are met and food meets customer expectation
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Complete side work after every shift; silverware, refill all condiments, refill paper goods, clean coffee/soda station, refill ice
Requirements:
Have strong customer-oriented skills
Must be able to juggle multiple guest tables at one given time indoors/outdoors while keeping organized
Basic English reading and communication skills are a must
Strong attention to detail
Entering all orders into Micros & processing payments
MUST be willing to work nights/weekends and holidays!
Must be willing to work in a FAST PACE enviroment - willing to juggle multiple tables indoors and outdoors
Education Requirements:
No educational requirements needed but prior restaurant experience is preferred
DISHWASHER:
Must be willing to work in a FAST PACE enviroment
Must be able to carry up to 10lbs
Must be willing to work weekend nights
Must coordinate with the kitchen staff on restocking needs, garbage disposal
