Family Dental Practice Opportunity- Vernon, CT
Our established dental office is looking for an experienced Certified Dental Assistant to add to our dedicated team. We have a technologically advanced office with CEREC, Trios, CBCT, 3D printing, and digital radiographs.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and time management skills that is friendly, energetic, goal-oriented and has the ability to deliver exceptional patient service. This individual also presents themselves well, is energetic, organized, self-motivated, comfortable multi-tasking, and enjoys making a difference in the lives of other people.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Set up and breakdown operatory pre and post treatment
Take dental radiographs
Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures
Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Perform various office tasks as necessary
Lab work
Required Certifications:
Infection Control Certification
Radiology Certification
