BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Seeking a well-organized individual to assist with daily administrative duties for REAL ESTATE company in EAST HARTFORD .
15-25 hours per week and some hours from home depending on need.
Compensation: per hour depending on experience.
Important Qualifications and skills
Knowledge of Social MediaLinkedIn, Facebook, google, etc.
-Posses strong communication WRITTEN, VERVAL AND LISTENING SKILLS IS A MUST !
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point
-Adobe acrobat
-Strong research and document assembly skills.
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task.
-Maintain highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects related to the company.
-Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English is A MUST
-Administrative experience is a plus.
-Working hours are flexible.
-Must be able to prioritize work effectively
-Experience and comfortable with researching and resolving problems
-Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Must be able to pass background screening
