Host Families
Total Academic Center seeks host families for international students for the upcoming academic year (Sept 2019 June 2020).
The students will be attending local middle or high schools in Bristol this upcoming School year. We seek families who can provide room, board and transportation if needed. The host families will be compensated for their hospitality/efforts at a rate of $1,300 per month. Students will have medical insurance and spending money.
The preferable family will provide a stable home environment, speak English fluently and seek to enjoy the experience of international students who are studying and preparing for college in the United States.
An application and interview are required to become a host family.
Locations: New Britain, West Hartford. Bristol, Farmington, Plainville.
